Due to the nature of our business and the immediate accessibility of our educational content, live sessions, and digital services upon enrollment, we have established a strict no-refund policy.

  1. Strict No-Refund Policy All sales are final. Once a transaction is successfully processed and your enrollment is confirmed, no refunds, partial refunds, or cancellations will be issued under any circumstances. This applies to all purchases, including live masterclasses, digital downloads, and coaching programs.
  2. Non-Refundable Items and Services For absolute clarity, the following are strictly non-refundable:
  • Registration fees, masterclass access fees, and administrative charges
  • One-time setup or enrollment fees
  • Downloaded materials, eBooks, PDFs, or digital resources
  • Mentorship sessions, coaching calls, or Q&A access
  • Any promotional discounts or limited-time offers
  • Payment gateway charges and transaction fees
  1. Program Transfer Policy (In Lieu of Refunds) While we do not offer refunds, we understand that unforeseen circumstances arise. You may request a one-time transfer to:
  • The next available batch of the same program/masterclass.
  • Transfer requests must be submitted via email at least 24 hours before the program’s commencement.
  • Transfers are strictly subject to seat availability.
  1. Medical or Emergency Situations In the case of severe medical emergencies that prevent you from attending, we will not issue a refund, but we may offer:
  • Program deferral to the next available batch.
  • Extended access to recorded course materials (if applicable).
  • Such requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and require supporting documentation.
  1. Program Cancellation by [AutoPro EDGE] The ONLY exception to this no-refund policy is if [AutoPro EDGE] cancels a program entirely. If we cancel or postpone a session due to instructor unavailability, technical issues beyond our control, or force majeure events, you will be offered:
  • A transfer to an alternative program of equal value, OR
  • A credit toward a future program, OR
  • A full refund (100%) of the program fees paid to the original payment method.
  1. Program Changes by [AutoPro EDGE] We reserve the right to modify program curriculum, change instructors, adjust session timings, or update learning materials to improve program quality. Such changes do not entitle you to a refund.
  2. Violation of Terms If your enrollment is terminated due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to:
  • Sharing account credentials or proprietary course materials
  • Inappropriate conduct or harassment during live sessions
  • Fraudulent activity or payment disputes You will not be eligible for any refund or transfer, and all fees paid will be immediately forfeited.
